We will address every room in the home as well as the curb appeal, if needed. We bring the clipboard; you take the notes. We will give you our “in a perfectly staged world” advice for updating and enhancing your home. The consultation will be completed with a prioritized plan that you can implement within your own time frame.
Staged for Sale
If you don’t have the time or inclination to DIY, our team will swoop in, arrange furniture, artwork and accessories to appeal to potential buyers online or during a walk through. After the initial consultation, we will help you prioritize which rooms need our attention and we will make the biggest impact possible within your stated budget to help sell your house quickly, for top dollar.
Staged for Sale! Day of Design with Shopping & Products
We will use what you have, shop for key accessories, rearrange and freshen up your home to get it presentation ready to hit the market! Done in a day, this service is the perfect option for busy homeowners that want their home to look its best and sell quicker.
